All 1-on-1 Personal Training Programs are 3 month commitments with the option to include or opt out of Monthly Meal Plans. After 3 months, month to month
is available.

Maintenance Program

Maintenance Program is for great for those looking to ease into changing their lifestyle and who can commit time to training 1-on-1 twice a week. This is also a great service for those who are happy with their health and just looking to maintain physical activity. This has been our best selling for people who work remotely and Full Time Parents. 

 

This program includes:

Customized Monthly Training Program based on your current fitness & mobility level. 

 

8 Training Sessions (2 sessions per week) at private gym. Not open to the public, no additional gym fees, no membership requirement, only pay our rate.

 

Weekly Body Composition testing. Using the Advanced Whole Body Composition Measurement leading in the Medical and Fitness Industry, In Body Analyzer.

 

Exclusive Access to the Bova Fitt App. Only Bova Fitt Clients can have an account.

 

Monthly Meal Plans with Nutrition Tracking & access to recipe database. You may also Opt Out of this. If you decide to opt out of the Meal Plan Program, you will have access to Nutrition Tracking and recipe database. If you do not want to participate in Nutrition Tracking, you don’t have to.*

 

Daily Chat Access. Daily Messaging with for following up or questions might have in between Weekly Coaching Call.

 

App Community Group for Daily Motivation & Encouragement.

 

Nutrition Lessons. Coach teaches you about healthier food selections, tips on how to eat out at restaurants, grocery shopping, answering any questions you have about healthy food to your liking.

 

Weekly Coaching Call up to 30 minutes (Zoom or Phone Call)

What to expect: 

1st half of call is Progress Check In. Review what did and didn’t work well, review body composition and physical measurements. 

 

2nd half of the call is Mindset and Behavior change. We dive deep on any mental hurdles, how to overcome them and what behaviors can be replaced with healthier ones.
